I had a few hours today and got a rotisserie in, so I managed to get the body off the car. Took a far bit of trial and error to find all the areas that were still attached, but after an hour or so she finally came apart. Good to have the body on a stand now so I can replace the floor pans and work on other areas easier!
I also managed to remove the Triumph 2000 MkI transmission from the chassis tonight, and the clutch and pressure plate. Making good progress!
